Orders and returns are handled by a small team over email. Tell us what went wrong and we sort it out, without forms or ticket numbers.
Everything is packed and shipped by us from our own packing room in the United States, usually within one business day, in recyclable packaging. We sell direct to customers only. There are no subscriptions and no memberships.
